I'm an hour away and needed a prescription the receptionist spoke with the Dr. he answered on the phone call took care of my needs with explicit instructions. We need more Doctors like this. 5 stars for the care and attention from Receptionist and Doc.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My husband and I have both been having our eyes examined and prescriptions filled at Botwin For many years. We have always been very happy with their services. Everyone I have ever encountered on their staff has been pleasant and efficient. Recently, I came in with a prescription that had been written somewhere else. Julie helped me and began to fill the prescription. Then she noticed that on my old prescription from Botwin, prisms had been indicated and the new prescription didn’t have the prisms. I had the new prescription amended to include prisms and everything turned out fine. But if it hadn’t been for Julie, my new glasses would have been made without the prisms and then they would have needed to be made again. Julie, thank you for being so detailed oriented and. conscientious. You saved me a lot of hassle. We will continue to use the services that Botwin provides.
